Class sizes are limited. please sign up online to save your spot in class.
If you need to cancel a class, please go to your account profile in the scheduler and cancel 6 hours or later
No refunds are made once classe/s,privates or parties are purchased.
If you need to cancel a class, please go to your account profile and cancel your spot. There is a $10 late cancellation fee if you do not cancel within the 6 hours of the scheduled class time, and you will not be able to reschedule that class.
Class sizes are limited, but please join the wait list for any of the classes as spots do open up.
HIP HOP
A fun, energetic class starting with a warm up consisting of hip hop dance grooves and stretching. Then learn a dance combination to a range of hip hop music from classics to the hits. A new dance is taught every class.
Tap Dance
Beginner Tap:
No experience required. Step into the rhythm and fun of tap dancing with our beginning class! Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, this class is designed to introduce you to the basics of tap technique and choreography. Learn shuffles, flaps, and time steps while working on your coordination, musicality
Intermediate Tap:
This tap classes is for dancers who have experience with tap and want to continue working on technique and choreography
Learn a variety of steps and choreography ranging in the style of traditional to more of a a hip hop funk style.
Aerial loops
Learn to fly, flip, and spin on two hanging aerial loops. This apparatus offers creative and unique ways of making shapes while building strength and flexibility
Lyra
Also known as an aerial hoop, this class will teach the basics such as sitting, posing, spinning, and progressing to more advanced moves, combinations and choerography.
Aerial Sling
This fabric hammock apparatus is a great way to learn a series of poses, sequences, inverting, and flexibility while also building strength and body awareness.
Belly Dance
Learn this beautiful and fun international dance form. Increase your core strength, coordination, and fluidity while developing your musicality. We will focus on posture, isolations, pelvic floor strengthening, shimmies, choreography, and more!
